Account Banned - Information Requested

Hello,
After the maintenance today I tried to log in with minimal success. After successive attempts as i read some people were getting in, I got a "This account has been closed" error its place.
Is it possible this can be lifted? Thank you

I to am getting the same message, that my account is closed.
Character name is Constable.

Kidding. After too many attempts to unsuccessfully logged in, it will close/lock your account for a brief period.

Weird, it's been about 8 hours and it's still giving me this message.
