Was getting unable to connect, kept trying to login thinking it had to do with recent login issues.

Now I am getting an account closed message. Character name Constable.

Before people tell me about the temporary lockout, it's been about 11 hours now and I still am receiving the same message.

Try logging into https://en.nostalrius.org to see if there is a ban message for your account. A GM should come by shortly.
