Account Banned

Couple of months ao my account "Tyvler" was banned for buying gold, I will not denie buying the gold but i regret it alot. After reading the terms of use i've been made aware that there might be a possibility to recover the account?
"How about buying gold for real money?
Buying gold is not allowed. Any account caught doing this will be closed. However, it can be given back under some very restrictive conditions if the player relinquishes the amount purchased."

I'd like to see if i apply for this, I've read the terms of use good now & am aware of what is allowed & what is not. I will agree to whatever restrictive conditions you guys give me & will ofcourse be happy to see the gold deleted.
