I apologize if this is the wrong way to report someone but there is a lvl 53 druid named "Hung" whom commonly goes to the Barrens and somehow kills unflagged Horde players, including myself. I asked the general chat and everyone believed he was modding or hacking or something. Many said they reported him but to make sure he's dealt with I thought it'd be a good idea to make a post about it as well.

Again I'm sorry if this is a pointless thread, go ahead and delete it if it is.

Have you tried opening an in-game ticket reporting this player and linking your screenshot?

AverageJoe, myself and others don't know how to open an "in-game ticket" because it doesn't seem to use the original functionality (unless I am remembering how it worked wrong, it was 10+ years ago.) How does one submit an in-game ticket?

Additional Help > "How do I report a player / Submit an in-game ticket?"

The in-game ticketing system has been modified by the staff. It used to let you pick any category to submit a problem but majority of them were used for bug reports. These categories have since been deprecated in favor of using the Nostalrius bug tracker. As a consequence, most of the ticket categories no longer work and it simply tells you to go to a website to report a bug. However, the "Stuck" and "Harassment" categories still work.

Just file all player complaints under either one of these and a GM will see it.

Thanks, I did try the red question mark thing before but I didn't realize "I'm stuck" was meant that why, I thought this was literally for "I am stuck please teleport me out of this location" type requests.
