STILL can't log in or reset password! Need help!
Posted: Fri Jul 17, 2015 3:32 amAfter not having logged in for weeks, I received a few 'unable to connect' errors, followed by an error then saying my account has been banned.
I recently posted a few days ago where I was told to reset my password, which then gave me an error saying "This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now. Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts".
Now, not only is this frustrating, but it states that my account has been used recently which it HAS NOT. It's been well over a month since my last log in.
Now, I was also told that I can reset my password after 10 days of not logging in. Does this mean successfully logging in? Or just plain trying, and failing? Because if so, I'll wait the ten days and try again, but I'm assuming it means a successful log in.
I just want my account back. I don't understand whether this is a glitch, or what. I was informed that I am not banned, so then what exactly is going on? How can I fix this?
