Mail box item disappeared

Purchased 20x Mageweave cloth off of the AH for 95 silver... When I looted it from the mailbox, it disappeared from my inbox, but was not looted to my inventory.

Same thing happened to my character Loafs when I took Linen Cloth out of my mail.
