Warsong Supplies - Horde Quest

I didn't have a problem doing it last week, but as of 3:45PM EST, the Warsong Axe Shipment in Booty Bay isn't lootable.
I'm not sure if this is new or what, but may be worth looking into.

I can get the 'opening crate' casting bar thing to go all the way across, but nothing happens, no quest item is lootable, the crate doesn't actually open or appear to be an empty container or anything.
