Account(s) have been closed..?

Just curious if I can get an update as to why my account (holyhedgehog) has been closed? Not played in about a month and returned to this.

Also created another account, made one character, logged out and logged back in without every entering the world and this new account had also been banned? (h0lyhedgehog)

Would love to know what gives?
