Cannot loot the chest.
I've tried everything. Logging out and in, clearing cache files and restarting, abandoning the quest and clearing cache. At first my character starts to loot the chest but as soon as it opens nothing happens. I've tried normal and autoloot. The window just isn't popping up. And the chest stays open leaving me with a message

"That is already being used"

And many other players (haven't seen anyone who got it actually) have the same problem.
Please help!

Still not working for me. No matter what I do, the chest doesn't have a letter in it, and just keeps giving "That is already being used".

Relogging doesn't work, deleting WDB doesn't work, dropping quest and re-taking it doesn't work, etc. etc.
