Password lost, reset wont work.

I lost my password 24 hours ago, I know through my friends that my characters havent been online for over 24 hours.
But when I attempt to use the password reset function I get the following message:
This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.
Which makes little sense to me, since as Ive stated, I have been offline in the guild tab for 1 day.
Anyone have any experience with this problem?
