I've noticed a few people are having trouble completing certain quests because the loot process hangs indefinitely when looting certain containers, giving you the message "This is already being used." when trying to reactivate the container. This makes completing the quest impossible.
So far the quests affected that I've seen are The Lich's Spellbook, The Deathstalkers, and Investigate the Alchemist Shop all based out of Tirisfal Glades and Undercity.
