Duping trinket bug

I was healing wanted to change my trinket mindtap talisman with Insignia of the Horde. So i selected my mindtap drag place it over another trinket Frostwolf Insignia Rank 3 (frostwolf insignia was in my bags) what should happen here is that trinkets should chance spots with another in my bag. but instead this spawn 2x frostwolf insignia rank 3 trinkets deleteing my Mindtap talisman. was quite supprise what happen so then I tried replaceing my second wind trinket with the dupt frostwolf insignia rank 3 this ended up duping another second wind trinket instead. I tried to relog se if this would fix it maybe was so icon bug then I relog my mindtap talisman (this point was a second wind trinket) was deleted. Is there any chance I can get my mindtap talisman back or atleast want to report this game bracking bug..
