Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi I looted rosewine circle pre-item patch. After the patch its showing no stats on the item. I deleted my WDB folder for the update so i cant tell if its bugged or not. Can somebody look into this? 1 other shaman said his didnt have stats either.

apparently the Rosewine Circle didn't update until later, but I'm not sure why the stats are missing now. it makes me think that maybe they were actually trying to change the stats this patch, but it didn't work?
