I'm having the same issue on my Rogue now as well.

I have tried multiple ways to get the item to work. ie: Turned off all addons. Rebuild WFT and Interface folders from within the client folder.

I have tried to have other users loot the item as well as me to no avail.

Character ingame is: Altrious

I have same problem, it says the object is being used or sth like that, waiting for fix. Can't get poisons without it...

We can get the poisons just can't complete that quest. I'm worried that we won't get the other quests that come from Mathis later in leveling. I don't think any GM has seen this posting yet or they just aren't responding yet.

I haven't tried it today yet but will do so here in a little while and try and get some logs to show what's happening.
