They currently still have the old ones. Should this have been upgraded with the patch?

I feel your pain bro. viewtopic.php?f=32&t=4494 check out this sticky. It's your WDB folder most likely causing the issue. If deleting it doesn't help then you may have to do an uninstall. Right now the installer link on the Getting started forum is not functioning. Check out the getting started 2.0 guide if you have to do a reinstall and look for the authors link about the "old" guide. It will help you get going again. Take care homie.

How sure are you? db.vanillagaming.org is on 1.12.1 stats

Patch 1.8.0 (10-Oct-2005): The Drape of Benediction had the statistics and effects of a Superior quality item, but was an Epic item. The item has been improved to have the proper Epic stats.
