I came back to the game after a while, i thought my characters had been deleted, so i made a new one. after some time i remembered that i actually had the old characters are actually on a different account... is there any way to transfer my character to the old account? i understand that there probably isn't. if there is i'd be grateful, thanks

Pretty sure Nostalrius does not offer that service and no donation is taken for this service to be provided. Character renames and the like aren't even added.

What's wrong with the account your characters are on? Just out of curiosity. Please keep account names out of the forums for security purposes though.

As an admin told me "account names are suppose to be public", which is why they publicly ask for them in threads everyone can see.

Even if they are public, there's still room for bruteforce even if it's max 5 attempts per 15-20 minutes. I know all of this is conflicting with what an admin may say, but still doesn't matter since it poses a security threat as IP's are expendable.

Not to go off-topic, but here's a PM received by AverageJoe awhile back with this matter.

[...]The GMs can lookup the account name the character is listed under so the player doesn't have to reveal their account name publicly on the forums for others to potentially exploit.
