Account banned

Hello GM,

My friend's account got banned and he's character name is Luguanniu. However, when he logged in on the homepage it said this account is banned until 20th July, and till now it still banned. Could you please have a check when it can get unbanned. Thank you so much.

It is the 20th, but the ban will be lifted by the hour. Keep checking every hour or so to check on the status of your account.

It said 20th July 5pm, and it has already been almost 7hrs
