Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello I've also made a ticket about this but I'm not sure if you handle stuff like this from tickets..

Me and some friends have been farming Eye of Shadows all night (1 of each of us) and when the last one (third) dropped. I thought I'd be funny and need it for troll.

Anyway I won the roll but the item didnt actually go into my inventory because apperently you can only carry 1 of them (like the Librams from DM) We didn't know this.

I traded the one I had from before to the other guy but I still couldnt loot the eye even when I didnt have it in my inventory. I just got a message that the item was being rolled for which is wierd because it had allready been rolled for which I won as you can see in picture.

As you can see the item is stuck on the mob even when I dont have it in my inventory. You can also see the roll in the chat.

Can anything be done about this?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news since it's such a high valued item.

Yeah I know but it's not lost because of a server restart though so I figured I'd give it a shot you know.

I mean I got an error message saying the item was being rolled for when the roll was allready over and I had won the item, EVEN after I traded the first one I got to the other warrior.

I wasn't necessarily pointing out that it was lost due to server issues. The item was not a raid epic-quality item that the Admins would deem necessary to recover/transfer to the rightful character(s).
