Can't train fishing passed 150

Tried going to booty bay to get to 225 fishing, but all the fishing trainer npc seems to want to do is be a fish vendor. Is it somewhere else or is he just bugged?

Make sure you have all addons disabled, especially any that skip NPC dialogue and go straight to their vendor goods.

Ignore the previous post. You don't train fishing past 150 from a fishing trainer, you purchase the book Expert Fishing - The Bass and You from the fishing supply vendor in Booty Bay.
