Warrior class quest "Voodoo Feathers" not giving reward

Hi,

I just completed the Warrior class quest in Sunken Temple and returned the quest. I got exp reward but couldn't choose the items at all. Just wanted to notify that the quest is broken.

PS. And if there is a way to get the reward I'd like to know about it too!
