Hey im getting stuck on connected! Restarting router did not work, which it did last time this happened, tips?

I've the same problem now, I cant connect my account and when I write my password WoW tell me "finish" but nothing is hapen...

Just assuming ddos... But I honestly have no clue. Guessing based on latency spikes coming up to downtime

How long is downtime btw? I've only been playing for 3 days on this server
