Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi

After deleting my WTF folder after log problems I'm stuck at the blizzard's terms of use (just after the cinematic).
the terms of use box is empty and I can't scroll down to accept. When I refuse it juste closing the game.

I don't found any other post about this problem so do someone have a solution ?

If there isn't already a WTF folder in the WoW Classic folder, create a new one. Inside the WTF folder, if there isn't already a file labeled "Config.wtf," create a new one. Open the new Config.wtf file in a text editor like Notepad. Copy and paste the following text into the Config.wtf file and save it. Open WoW and see if it lets you past the Terms of use and EULA and if you can login.
