Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello everyone, I am having trouble completing the first aid quest Triage. Every time I ask in general people say it's working but I cannot get credit for saving the patients no matter what I've tried. My first aid is level 225 and I am doing the quest correctly. I have tried everything I can think of to try and complete the quest and nothing works. This is frustrating because you have to complete this quest to level your first aid past 225. Is anyone else having trouble completing this quest or is this bug only unique to me?

I confirm this crap quest. I resolve it by doing it alone(GOOD LUCK WITH THAT) If there is someone alse with the quest that is trying to do with u at the same time, it will bug. U need to abandon it and do it alone, witch is almost imposible having the quest-giver soo crowded by players.

Another crap with this quest, is that u cant train on the npc untill people around u dont take the quest from it lol. Its a total Nightmare this one!
