Overlord Ramtusk Loot

I was doing RFK doing Overlord Ramtusk and I died and released right after someone looted him. Tusken Helm dropped and I saw three rolls and I apparently won the roll but i tried looting him and it said the item was still being rolled on until the corpse eventually disappeared. I was wondering if there was any way i could get this?

Sorry to say, but the staff only recovers epic-quality raid loot.

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
