Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

At lvl 50 I started the my Shaman quest. Did the first one where I had do get all the 4 Elements (Mastering the Elements). Tried the second one (Spirit Totem) but gave up because it was a bit to hard for the time.
Abandoned it because needed room in my questlog. Some Levels later I wanted to try it again. Talked to the guy and he gave me the first quest again (Mastering the Elements). Kinda weird but still did it . After that he just didn't give me the second one. Didn't even have a exclamation mark on his head.

So anyone got an idea what I can do now?

I have a similar problem, I did the first one and then he doesn't give me the second one.
