Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear stuff members,

I was unable for personal reasons to log into my account for more than five days. Today i managed to find some time and come online only to find out that all my characters are missing while my account is still opperational. Is it possible for a stuff member to check on this issue? I dont care about my low level champions (warrior named Doufloutzas level 6 and hunter named Stenmar level 4) but my level 50 rogue named Sefiroth was my main one and now i cant find him anywhere :S. I ask again if it is posssible for someone to check on this issue thanks again.
