Quest item bugged : Warsong Axe Shipment

Issue : Impossible to loot the Warsong Axe from the Warsong Axe Shipment.
Quest : Warsong Supplies
Location : Booty Bay's docks
Error : Looting does not show the loot window. Impossible to retry as an error message shows up "Item already being used" - The issue seems to be general, no one can loot it.
Test : Disconnect/reconnect = same error
