Got a new Interface... is THIS forbidden?

Hello Guys,

I've downloaded a new Interface and it looks amazing.
But there are some weird things with it. One thing is, that I can see NPC's names in a really long distance.

Is this forbidden or something like that? I don't wanna get banned.

You can use the default interface to display NPC names above them in a not too dissimilar manner (though there does appear to be some formatting changes with your mod)
