Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear Forum!

I've been browsing the Bugtracker to see if anyone else has experienced this issue, and my fellow group members managed to do this quest without any issues. The quest "Data Rescue" gives me the error message "Already looted" whenever I interact with the terminal "Punchograph 3500-A", while having the "White Punch Card" that is required in my inventory. I have tried to abandon the quest, and it did not help.

Please bear in mind that my fellow group members had no issues doing this quest, at the same time as I was doing it. I am, as far as I know, the only person who couldn't get it done. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Did anyone find a solution? Have I missed this on the Bugtracker, and could someone point me to it if that is the case?

EDIT: I did consider posting this on the Bugtracker, however I decided I'd try the forum instead, seeing as I can't find anyone else who's had this issue. This seems an issue that is, for some reason, exclusive to me.

I too have this problem exactly the way you describe it. And i have tried it on 3 different characters on the same account. All 3 had the same problem, no one in the groups i've done gnomeregan had it.

Have you tried going into your WoW directory and removing the WTF and WDB folders?

I found the solution to this issue, but forgot to post what I found to be the solution. For anyone who might stumble across this in the future;

The problem was with one of the following AddOns that I deactivated and could then do the quest without further issues. I disabled all of the following AddOns, and did not bother to figure out which one in particular caused the problem, though I probably should have.

AtlasLoot
flagRSP
ItemRack
SellValue
Yatlas
XLoot

If you have one or more of these AddOns, make sure to deactivate them from your Character Selection screen. If all works as intended, you should be able to then do the quest. Deleting the WDB and WTF folder as suggested by P1raten could also have an impact, but I did not require doing so to make it work in my case.

yes remove those folders and it fixed the problem saying already open.
