Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey everyone!

I'm new to this server (great job in it btw!) and I'm getting a slight delay for all my actions ingame.
Around half a second to a second til stuff actually happens (e.g. pressing skills, accepting quests, ...).

Is it because of the heavy population lately?
I'm from Germany (Europe) and my ping is around 40ms which should be great.

Any help?

I'm having the same problem. Located in Central U.S so my ping is ~140, but usually no noticeable delay. Today has been really bad (half a second to a full second of nothing before a skill goes off or I can talk to an NPC).

It's server lag because of the huge population during peak hours. Has nothing to do with your ping and there is nothing we gamers can do about it really.

A few months ago the peak hours had around 7.5k-8.2k without lag so this is still speculation.

Doesn't look like has to do with the peak as I just rechecked with 5,2k players online.
It's slightly better (but could be my imagination) but I'm still getting delay.

Any idea what's causing this or when / whether it'll be fix?
Might get annoying when doing PvP with a fast paced class like rogue.
