So i went to STV today to do some leveling/questing and after i was there for like 2 min it just started lagging hardcore when i started running. And it only happens when i run, if i stop running theres no lag and i can spin around/type/open bags/friends list etc... with no lag what so ever but as soon as i start running its like it turns into a frame by frame run. And i have to stop running just to turn so i dont run the wrong way. Any specific reason its happening?
