Account banned?

Character name: Rochy

So I was logged on fine earlier today and like an hour later I try and log on and it says my account has been closed. Regardless of what I put in the account/password section it says the account has been closed and I can't login on the regular website with my credentials. Any idea what happened or why?

If you're unsuccessful at logging in too many times, you get temporarily IP banned which will render anything you enter in either the account name or account password field useless as it'll simply tell you over and over again "the account is closed."

If you're still unsuccessful at logging in, try resetting your game account's password.
