Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

The quest Avenging the fallen, from Huntsman Markhor (in Hinterlands), is currently bugged atleast for my character. I am unable to re-accept the quest. My friends are able to repeat this quest, but I, sadly am not. The quest is a blue questionmark asking for the feather. But when i go kill the mob that drops it, it will not drop the quest item for me.

Any ideas? I have tried deleting all addons, my WTF folder, and my WDB folder to no avba
