Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, i don´t know, if there is already a post of this problem, but i didn´t find it.

My problem is, i´m not able to read the ingame chat /1,2,3,4,5,6.
But whispers, group chat, BG, raid chats or even /s work just perfectly.
Is it because there is a certain level you have to reach, to be able to read and write there?

Would be great, if somebody could help me and NOT blame me, because there is already a topic, i just didn´t found.

world and www are locked until higher levels I believe but the rest may just be an other issue, tried deleting your wtf and wtd folders?

You know, I'm having the same problem. When I first tried chatting in /1 I got a system message saying I couldn't do that yet. I figured it was a level thing. At level 8 and I could see other level 8 players chatting in /1 but I still could not chat. Deleting the WTF and WTD folders resolved the problem and now I can chat with no problem!

There's a file buried deep in the World of Warcraft Classic\WTF\Account\%account name%\NostalriusBegins\%character name% folder labeled "chat-settings.txt" that holds all your chat settings. Deleting this file (Or you could simply delete your entire WTF folder as well but you lose game settings, addon, and macro configurations across all your accounts/characters when you do this) will force WoW to recreate a new one with default values and should solve any chat problems.

I deleted it about 5 times, but nothing happens.

I´m going to try it now with a new WoW Client, maybe it´ll help, but thank you all a lot
