Guildleader on a banned account

our guildleader was banned. is it possible to change the guildlead to a non-banned account ?

You need to give character names, the gms and admins cant read minds

We need your guild name, the guild leaders character name and the name of who would become the new guild leader.

Or it might be quicker to create a new guild and transfer people over.
