Account banned but not banned

Hello,
When I start WoW.exe and CAREFULLY write my account info at first attempt I get "Unable to connect", after that, whatever I write in username/pass fields I get:
"This world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use...".

I posted this problem on some other topic with similar problem and GM Tigru kindly replied that account with characters: Dijkstra and Ladina is not banned.

That solved nothing for me, so please tell me what to do.

Things I already did:

1. Deleted WTF folder,
2. Reinstalled game following this forum install instructions. (used Nostalrius client),
3. ipconfig /renew from CMD (as Admin),
4. Installed game out of C/Program Files,
5. Tried to login on website and get this error: Whoops! There were some problems with your input. Bad credentials.
6. Tried to login from friend (another IP) and still get the same error.
7. Start WoW.exe as admin

That's all, please help asap. It's a day now that I cannot play.

I can confirm this, since he's a friend of mine. Also, thing that is worth bringing up is that after I tried his account, for a brief set of time, my account was "banned" too.

The account attached to character Ladina is not banned. Usually accounts are locked for 15 min after entering the wrong password to many times.
I would also suggest to reset your password.

Of course, I know that, and I've been trying to log in in periods of one hour for about 24 hours now. And it's not a typo error lock.

Also, I tried to reset password on website and I get this error all the time (tried three times in periods of hour between):
Whoops! There were some problems with your input.
This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.

Can you help me with password reset, since there is nothing else I can do?
Is there any other solution?

It seems that you are entering the wrong password for this account. You can reset your password but for security reasons we do not allow players to reset a password every day.
You may have to wait up to 10 days until your password can be reset.

Well, I have not changed password for my account, so there must be that someone else change it? Hacker? Please enable me to change my pass again sooner... 10 days??? Come on! I understand two days, but TEN i cannot understand.

Please help, its 2 days now how I cannot play. It's not fair since I've done nothing. Please make effort to help me.

You have a nice tool in the web to restart your password account, just need to enter in your email and activate.

Otherwise if you bought an account (which is what im start to thinking) you can say goodbye to the account and the money, since you are no longer able to recover it xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

10 days passed, I've changed my password and I can login now.
