Item was awarded to incorrect player

Hello,
during yesterdays raid, a player of ours (Xantysz), mistakenly assigned an item (Azuresong mageblade) to himself that was supposed to be assigned to another player (Fearaline).
Raidleader at that point of time was me, Silverlexùs. Could you please assign the item to the correct player?

Greetings. We do not grant itema exept those according to the ToU. "Looted is Looted"

I hope in this case a GM can help and assign the item to the right owner. We all make mistakes and I know, back in time a GM on blizz server would help and do this.
(We had such a thing back in vanilla and it was no problem to change the owner)
Silver opened immediately a ticket to ask a GM for help but got no answer ingame. So he opened this post the next day.

Hello mahran, thank you for the answer, but I think this is not the decide of a member. This is the Support Forum to ask GM/Admins for help.
I would be happy if a GM can answer with a good news because we don't open tickets like this every day/week.

A GM already replied to this thread, see above. The item will not be assigned to the other player because of a player mistake.

Greetings,
Ingame ticket of player Fearaline has been already handled by me and I explained the player all the situation.
As Eragon said, item will not be returned to player.
Topic will be closed, discussion is over.
