FPS drop

Today i was in RFK and when i was inside my FPS drop from 60 to 40 every sec like ticking. I try lower graphic but same. Outside and all other instance I was in before no problem. I have 60 FPS lock all the time. IS ti problem with instance or my PC? anyone have some idea??

I'm having the same problem, I noticed that its only in an instance, and it makes it very hard to do anything more than really basic dps, Did you find any solution to the problem? I know it shouldn't be my hardware either. Let me know if you figure out what was doing it, I'm going to try and turn off all my addons and see if it helps
