Are the servers down?

I can't seem to connect to the servers right now. I'm unsure why, Not sure if its me or maintenance is being done. please respond soon!

They were doing a server restart for a pvp update. It hasn't come back up since. Started 10 mins ago.

I think I remember reading that it would be down until Labor Day.
