Account is closed?

To whom it may concern,

I went out of town on a business trip and when I returned it said my account was close. I looked into it and it said my account was closed for it being sold. I would never sell my account I put to much time into my character and still love playing it. I have all information in regards to the account still and have used the email related to account for over 10 years. Can you please help me resolve this issue?
