Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am trying to get 1.12.1 to work. Have tried multiple dls and nothing wants to work for me.
I have cleared all wtf etc folders and have tried changing compatability settings but no dice.

Running Win 7 Professional 32-bit with directx 11

Heres my error msg. Any help is greatly appreciated. Havent played in years and have been trying for days now to get this working.

Try all of the solutions in the sticky thread. You mentioned you deleted the WTF folder, try deleting the WDB folder next. If not, cut and paste the WoW Classic folder outside of your Program Files directory. If not, try running WoW as an administrator. If not, try a full scale uninstall/reinstall and make sure when reinstalling to install it somewhere outside of the Program Files folder.
