i can't loggin on my char

trying to log on my account: hodmeetbru
and got "unable to connect"
and ye, i played with my girl ( she got a same rogue on her acc ) but she can log
what to do?

Might be the wrong password or username because when enter it wrong you will the message,
"unable to connect".
