Interface resetting every time I log out/in

Every time I log in to my character, a number of interface options are constantly resetting:
Buff durations - off
Instant quest text - off
Scrolling battle text - off
Others may also be resetting, I haven't checked all of them

It also resets all addons I am using - switches everything to on, and resets the positioning of them.

I tried deleting/re-starting the WTF folder - didn't help
I tried reinstalling wow classic - didn't help

This has only started happening today, since I tried using titan addon... (Have since removed it)

Are there any further fixes? Could it be linked to my account?

I'm getting the same problem now, didn't happen this morning.

AtlasLoot, FuBar, and Luna Interface all reset.

Make sure you have write permissions to the WTF folder (this prevents WoW to write addon settings back to disk).
Eventually you can run the program as Administrator.
