Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am not able to complete this quest on my now 54 hunter, Cover. I have confirmed others are completing it so the Quest should be working however, I am not able to talk to the Quest NPC even though he appears to be a yellow dot on my mini map and I can highlight him. I do not get the talk to icon and cannot turn in the quest for the next in the chain. I have logged, abandoned and acquired the quest again.

Also, how do you get a hold of a GM while in game?

Read the sticky threads. The one that says "Common config/login errors, solutions, and other help" has a guide that explicitly shows how to open an in-game ticket with a GM.
