Bug Tracker Registration not working.

When I try to sign up for an account on the Bug Tracker, the verification email is never sent to me. I have tried to use multuple emails that are mine, but to no avail. So I can not post bugs that I find in game.

Recently I have discovered that Priests MIND FLAY spell only ticks 2 times, instead of three, most of the time. I would say 70% of channels are missing the 3rd tick. This is a 33.33% damage reduction 70% of the time I use MIND FLAY. And I use it a lot.

I am very bothered by his bug, and would like someone to post it to the Bug Tracker for me, or just have a Dev take care of it after reading this.

PS - I have confirmed with many other priests that MIND FLAY is bugged.

Have you tried using different e-mail services? I've heard hotmail and a few others have trouble receiving the confirmation e-mail. Gmail seems to work best from what I've read.
