Loot Apeared to be rolled for ; noone received

My character "miyciricin" was in a Strat UD run on 03/08/2015 at approximately 1330-1340 ST we killed Ramstein the Gorger. He dropped "Band of Flesh". As it was set to group loot the item appeared for all to roll on. After completion of rolls no one received the ring and it was not on Ramstein's corpse. Is it possible to to have this bug corrected?
