Stuck at EULA

Also might seem pretty dumb. But I downloaded from the torrent website because it was the only one working. deleted WTF and WDB and changed realmlist. When I open WoW it shows the EULA but my comp is paralyzed, it wont scroll it just kinda glitches then when i press escape it exits.
