Is there any Gm that bother himself with the spamming in chat? am really annoyed by the ppl spamming msg in the wrong channels for example LFG in trade chat, is that behavior allowed?
and if not i have a list with printscreen and names with it in

There's no regulations on what people should and should not post in public channels. The best you can do is filter all the channels with SpamThrottle, leave the channels, or become a hermit and not speak or listen until you need something.

Some people do leave channels because it gets hectic.

There's no policing the public chat channels outside of what explicitly violates the Terms of Use.

Spamming LFG messages in Trade/City chat is a carryover from retail where it's been the norm for years now.

If you are the creator or moderator of your own channel, you can kick and ban players from joining it. You may also set a password on your channel if you are the owner.

To view the owner of a channel, do /owner <channel>
To kick someone from a channel, /ckick <channel> <player>
To ban someone from a channel, /ban <channel> <player>
