Ledger from Tanaris quest issue

Problem where I have all components of the quest and cannot turn it into Krinkle Goodsteel. Quest shows as completed, Krinkle does not have a "yellow question mark" above his head, it's white, and when selected the "complete quest" button is greyed out.

Any solution to this?

Solved this with help of guildie, for some reason, if you place all the items needed for this quest in the bank in Gadgetzan, walk away from bank, then go and open bank and pull them back in your bags, the quest can be completed. What a buggy quest.
