Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, yesterday i sold 2 pet through C.o.d, the first one everything it worked as usuall, instead about the second cod, the guy told me that he took the item and payed the cod, and to w8 some time, well about 5 hours are passed, still no gold, not the question is:
Is possible to get scammed via w8 the cod expire and people can took item without pay for them on this server? (on some this bug is present)
Is possible that after a server crash the guy keep the item and pay the gold but the cod bugs and u don't get the money?
If the guy is just not paying it, after it expire i will get the item back?

Sorry if i ask, is not only about the 25g farmed in some hours, is about to know if i can cod with light hearth on this server, i did not say the name of the guy obliviusly for privacy, becouse i really hardly belive a lvl 60 will try to scam you for that poor ammount of gold, thank you in advice for the answer =)

The guy show me the pet in use and claim that he payed and i belive him, no reason to don't so, what bug could lead a cod payment to disappear?

Got the cod after a server crash, strange but guess this server rock for sure, sorry for the useless post, u can close it =)
